Meet Sam.

Sam Austin is a singer/songwriter who starred in and wrote the theme song for the World of Disney feature Mountain Born at the age of 12.

As a teenager he performed with his siblings as The Family Tree, appearing at Los Angeles venues including the famed Troubadour. Sam’s first full-length musical premiered at Yale University and had two subsequent productions, and his songs were regularly performed by New York cabaret artists, some of whom lent their talents to his children’s album Rock ‘N’ Roar Dinosaur, described as “Cats meets Jurassic Park.” Sam has performed at venues and private parties throughout the Northeast, including Regine’s, Tavern on the Green and Brooklyn Academy of Music.

He is now concentrating on bringing his original songs to as wide an audience as possible. His compositions are known for their rich, immersive arrangements that surprise and captivate the listener, blending seductive rhythms with sophisticated harmonies. With lyrical themes that explore longing, sensuality, and joy, Sam strives to create music that not only resonates deeply but also astonishes with its emotional depth and musical complexity.
